At our gyms we offer those who attend the oppurtunity to take part in several group based classes, that cover a wide variety of exercises and activities.
We offer all of our members and attendies the oppurtunity to take part in activites that will be listed below, alongside the time schedule for said activities and classes.
Classes we offer can include additional costs unless you are a membership holder. to apply for a membership please ask an employee at the reception when entering

Note: Classes will not interfier with normal gum equipment/gym goers, equipment is still open to non-class attending gym users
